Paint Party Contract

Deposit is due at the time of booking

All parties excluding children parties are 3 hours

  • $40/person + $100 deposit for canvas paint parties
  • $50/person + $100 deposit for Wearable art parties for adults 18-over.
  • $30/person + $100 deposit for canvas parties for teens 12-17 years of age. 
  • $25/person + $100 deposit for canvas parties for children. 5-11 years of age 
    • Children parties are 2 hours


Please acknowledge & understand the following before booking:

  • Remaining balance for the invoice will be sent after booking, payment needs to be completed 24 hours before the party or session will be cancelled
  • Paint parties are usually 3 hours long. Wearable art parties require more time due to drying time. To ensure proper drying, please have a heat source readily available during session
  • Once your booking time starts, you will have a 30 minute window for your guest to arrive and begin painting. If guests are not able to attend, the product will be left with the host. No refunds will be issued.
  • Deposit will be refunded if party is cancelled a week or more in advance from the booking date. Please email to cancel.
  • Due to artist allergies, venue must be free of pet hair and dander. No exceptions!
  • Customer (you) are responsible for tables and chairs.
  • The artist provides:
  1. Tablecloths
  2. Easels
  3. Canvases
  4. Paint
  5. Brushes
  6. Trays
  7. Cups
  8. Paper towels
  9. Instruction.
